The Board of Directors of Wilson & Muir Bank & Trust Co. announced three promotions at the Shareholder’s Meeting on February 10, 2020. James Ryan Bratcher and Mark N. Hardin were promoted to Senior Vice President and Tonya Green was promoted to Lending Officer.

President and CEO, Frank B. Wilson commented, “Ryan, Mark and Tonya have made valuable contributions to our organization since they joined the WMB family and these promotions are intended to acknowledge their contributions and the crucial role they have played in the past and will continue to play in the future.”

Ryan Bratcher joined WMB in June of 2002. He is a life-long resident of Leitchfield and a 1995 graduate of Grayson County High School. He went on to the University of Kentucky to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in both Finance and Business Management in 2000. He started his banking career at Bank of Louisville, now BB & T, where he worked for two years in lending before joining WMB. Since joining WMB, he has done a remarkable job growing his portfolio to one of the largest and most diverse in the organization. One of the keys to his success is his commitment to working actively in the community on various civic endeavors. He is currently serving on the Grayson County Industrial Development Board, the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center Board, Grayson County Chamber of Commerce Board and he is Chairman of both the Leitchfield and Grayson County Tourism Commissions.

Mark Hardin joined WMB in September of 2011. He is a life-long resident of Louisville, a 1998 graduate of Male High School, a 2003 graduate of University of Louisville and remains active in the community. Mark spent the first seven years of his career with the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions as an Examiner, all on the Safety & Soundness side. Mark’s initial duty at WMB was as Credit Analyst, with the primary focus of assisting commercial lenders with credit underwriting. His role has expanded tremendously to become one of the top commercial lenders in addition to maintaining his Credit Analyst role on the larger credits in the St. Matthews market.

Tonya Green joined WMB in May of 2018 after working in a family business for a number of years. She is a 2003 graduate of Grayson County High School and a 2008 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Behavioral Sciences in Education, graduating Cum Laude. While she did not have any prior banking experience, her Branch Manager, Jenean Anderson has commented that she is an avid learner. Jenean went on to say, “Tonya has been a great asset to our Big Clifty office. She has proven over the past 1 ½ years that she can take care of the Big Clifty customers”.
